Traveling around the world doing photography allows a person the opportunity to find and see things that otherwise he would know nothing about.  On a photography trip to the Grand Canyon I was told about Monument Valley east of the Grand Canyon.  Famous for John Wayne westerns it is an area unlike any other place in America.  It is majestic, mystical and magical – all in one.  The tall structures in the back are called totems.
