Crystal Archival Gallery Prints
It is very important with UV Crystal Archival Gallery Prints that you use either water or Evonik Acrifix AC 1010 anti-static cleaner. Vinegar or home style glass cleaner will stain the surface.
Always dust off your print before you use water or the Acrifix AC 1010. This is a normal operating procedure even if cleaning glass. Sometimes grains of sand or specs of some hard dust may be on your print so giving it a simple dusting before cleaning is always a good idea.
Canvas Prints
Simple dusting with a feather duster or some other very soft duster or cloth. No need to wipe with water or any other cleaning liquid. In case for some reason you do get a spill on the surface simply wipe the surface with a moist cloth as soon as possible. Try blotting first and then wipe.
