The wolf is one of the iconic symbols of the American West.  Feared and hunted for hundreds of years they were re-introduced into Yellowstone NP in 1995.  They have transformed the park from a landscape based park to a time when the balance of nature was the way of life.  Wolves and wolfpacks are magnificent animals to see and photograph.
